1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the services provided by MOHZA Technology Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We specialize in procurement, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery of electronics and appliances from major USA corporations to clients in Trinidad and Tobago.

 

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Procurement of electronics and appliances from authorized USA retailers

• International shipping from USA to Trinidad and Tobago

• Customs clearance and documentation handling

• Final delivery to specified locations in Trinidad and Tobago

• Customer support and order tracking

4. ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT

All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Payment terms will be specified for each order and may include:

• Deposit requirements before procurement begins

• Full payment before shipping initiation

• Additional fees for customs duties and taxes

• Service fees for procurement and logistics

 

5. PRICING AND FEES

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before order processing. Additional fees may apply for special handling, expedited shipping, storage, or other services as requested. Customs duties, taxes, and government fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in our service fees unless specifically stated.

 

6. DELIVERY AND RISK

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including but not limited to customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery to the specified address in Trinidad and Tobago. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for high-value items.

 

7. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties as applicable. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the original manufacturer. Returns and exchanges are subject to manufacturer policies and may incur additional shipping and handling fees. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MOHZA Technology Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, pandemic, government regulations, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
